Developed a fully AI generated property showcase video using client provided photos and a short selfie style introduction from the loan officer. The final video presents a cinematic walkthrough of the completed project despite no on site footage being available.

The Goal:
To create a high quality, engaging property video that showcases the completed project and supports the client’s marketing efforts, even without traditional video assets.

The Challenge:
There was no access to the property, no walkthrough footage, and no drone shots provided. I needed to transform static images into a realistic, dynamic video that accurately represents the finished home.

The Results:
Used AI tools, including Google Flow and Adobe After Effects, to generate cinematic walkthrough sequences from still images by creating first and last frame transitions. Applied advanced prompting, motion effects, and speed ramping to simulate camera movement throughout the home. Also generated AI based drone style shots using the same technique to create a complete viewing experience.
