The Goal:
To showcase the value of the client’s financing by visually demonstrating the property’s transformation, while building credibility and attracting future borrowers and investors.

The Challenge:
The property was in mid rehab, making it difficult to communicate the finished vision. I needed to capture unfinished spaces while clearly illustrating what the completed property would look like.

The Results:
Filmed on site walkthrough footage and integrated AI generated visuals to transform incomplete areas into fully realized spaces. This included generating interiors, finishes, and a redesigned backyard as the camera moves through the property.
